Paul Aloy concentrates his practice in the areas of Education Law and Labor and Employment Law and is experienced in employee and student discipline proceedings; improper practice and unfair labor practice proceedings and other labor relations matters; administrative hearings, including those before the Division of Human Rights, the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board and the Workers’ Compensation Board; and state and federal court proceedings.
He is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
A graduate of Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, Mr. Aloy received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law where he was selected for the Moot Court Honor Society for demonstrating excellence in trial and appellate advocacy. He also served as a student attorney with the Criminal Law Clinic.
Mr. Aloy is a member of the New York Bar Association and currently serves as the attorney advisor to the Schuylerville Jr./Sr. High School Mock Trial Team.
