Admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.  Education: Siena College (B.A.); Albany Law School of Union University (J.D.).  Recipient, Patrick B. McKenna Award for excellence in Labor Studies.

Mr. Langlois is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department, and concentrates his practice in matters involving general litigation, trial, and appellate practice in State and Federal courts as well as before administrative agencies.  Mr. Langlois' litigation practice includes a wide variety of civil law, including commercial matters, zoning and land use issues, environmental law and compliance, personal injury claims and defense, municipal representation, construction and real estate development matters, and telecommunications law.  The environmental law aspect of Mr. Langlois' practice includes extensive experience under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (ASEQRA@), including project review and compliance matters, the preparation of environmental assessment forms, the classification of proposed actions, the preparation of negative and positive declarations, and the preparation of draft and final environmental impact statements and findings statements as necessary, and the prosecution and defense of SEQRA-based legal challenges.
