Mr. Ehring's practice includes Estate, Commercial and Corporate Transactions, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Real Estate and Tax Planning and Preparation. Mr. Ehring's estate practice involves estate and gift tax planning, tax exempt organizations and estate and trust administration. Mr. Ehring's litigation practice involves corporate, commercial, construction and personal injury matters, including automobile accidents and medical malpractice, while his criminal practice includes white-collar and other criminal representation. Mr. Ehring's commercial and corporate financing practice includes advising financial institutions, small and medium companies and individual clients on all aspects of leveraged transactions, including senior and subordinated debt transactions, construction financing and asset based and cash flow based financing. Mr. Ehring also advises small and medium corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships on various issues.
