Admitted:  New York, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Education:  Siena College (B.A.) cum laude; Albany Law School of Union University (J.D.).  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.

Ms. Conboy practices before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies.  A substantial portion of her litigation practice involves defending employers, municipal entities and public officials in complex civil rights and employment litigation.  Ms. Conboy also has extensive experience in matrimonial and family law.
