Mr. Manfredo concentrates his practice primarily in matters involving trial and appellate practice in state and federal court, including commercial litigation, municipal litigation and personal injury matters.

He is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

A graduate of Siena College (magna cum laude), he received his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University (magna cum laude) where he received the Judge Bernard S. Meyer Scholarship from the New York State Bar Foundation for excellence in legal writing and advocacy.  While in law school, he served as the executive editor for research and writing of the Albany Law Review and authored Public Use & Public Benefit: The Battle for Upstate New York, 71 Alb. L. Rev. 673 (2008). 

Mr. Manfredo was the winner of both the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy and Donna Jo Morse Negotiations competitions and was chosen to compete in the Hon. William B. Spong Jr. Constitutional Law Appellate Competition in Williamsburg, Virginia.  In recognition of his Moot Court distinction, he was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers in 2008.  Upon graduation, Mr. Manfredo was selected as a member of the Justinian Society for his excellence in legal scholarship.

Mr. Manfredo is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association where he is a member of the Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction.  He is also a member of the Committee on Appellate Practice for the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association.
