Admitted to practice in New York.  Education: Siena College (B.A.); Albany Law School of Union University (J.D.).  In law school Mr. Mullahy served as a chairperson on the Albany Law School Moot Court Board.  In recognition of his service, Mr. Mullahy was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary organization committed to the advancement of competitive interscholastic moot court programs.  Mr. Mullahy also served as a member of the Albany Law Review.

Mr. Mullahy concentrates primarily in the areas of Labor and Employment Law, and Education Law.
