Admitted to practice in New York, U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, U.S. Court of Federal Claims.  Education: Siena College (B.A.)  cum laude; Western New England School of Law (J.D.) summa cum laude.  Law Clerk to the Honorable Bernard S. Meyer, Associate Judge of New York State's highest court, the Court of Appeals.  Mr. Ferlazzo served as an Adjunct Professor of Law, Western New England College School of Law, and a barrister in the Albany Law School Inns of Court. Chairman, Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce (1993) Chair Elect, Rensselaer County regional Chamber of Commerce (2008).

Mr. Ferlazzo has over 25 years of experience litigating complex matters in both State and Federal trial and appellate courts.  Mr. Ferlazzo’s varied litigation practice involves issues such as personal injury, commercial/real estate and municipal matters, including telecommunications, cable and cell towers, and tax certiorari.

Mr. Ferlazzo also assists the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group in litigation support.

Mr. Ferlazzo uses his experience and legal analysis skills as an Early Trial Mediator for the United States District Court in the Northern District of New York.  He has settled several federal matters.  He also assists attorneys in privately mediating disputes as part of the firm’s newly created alternative dispute resolution practice area.

Mr. Ferlazzo was recently acknowledged as a Super Lawyer by the New York State Edition of Super Lawyers.
