Admitted: New York.  Education: State University of New York at Albany (B.A.) cum laude; Albany Law School of Union University (J.D.).  In law school, Ms. Moffett completed a concentration in international law and received the Disabilities Law Clinic Prize.  Ms. Moffett is a Board Member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a member of the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce Capital Leadership Alumni Association, the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce and the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, John F. Kennedy Chapter.  She is a member of the Capital Leadership Class of 2004.

Ms. Moffett is a New York State Bar Association Member and is on the Bar Committee on Issues Affecting Individuals with Disabilities.   She is also  a member of the Albany YMCA Board, and a former board memeber for both Scotia-Glenville Children’s Museum and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  She is a member of the Capital Leadership Class of 2004 and a member of the Albanie-Colonie Chamber of Commerce Capital Leadership Alumni Association and adjunct instructor for Empire State College Forum East program since 2006
