On April 18, 2018, Tara Moffett will be co-presenting: “Making a Case for SSI, SSD & OWPDD Eligibility: What School Professionals, Parents and Service Providers Need to Know” at the 21st Annual Special Education Conference hosted by the New York State Special Education Task Force. On January 18, 2018, Tara presented to the Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex Board of Cooperative Education Services Committee of Special Education (WSWHE BSOS CSE) at the Gick Road Campus.
Tara’s two presentations, Special Education Law Updates and Questions and Answers Related to Independent Educational Evaluations, helped to provide clarity and legal insight on a number of recent changes to special education law.
