Salvatore D. Ferlazzo
Salvatore D. Ferlazzo has more than 30 years of experience litigating complex matters in state and federal courts. His varied litigation practice involves issues such as commercial litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice prosecution and defense, real estate, and municipal town attorney matters. He has obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts including multi-million dollar verdicts in personal injury and commercial litigation. After graduating first in his class, Mr. Ferlazzo served as personal law clerk to Bernard S. Meyer of the New York State Court of Appeals. Mr. Ferlazzo is an early trial mediator for the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and has settled several federal matters while serving in that role. He is a co-host of the Girvin & Ferlazzo Law Show on Talk1300 AM.
Mr. Ferlazzo has served as an adjunct professor at the College of St. Rose, and has served as an adjunct professor of law at Western New England College School of Law and as a barrister in the Albany Law School Inns of Court. He has lectured for the New York State Bar Association on many topics, including Personal Injury.
The New York State Edition of Super Laws has repeatedly recognized Mr. Ferlazzo as a “Super Lawyer” for Personal Injury. He is also AV Rated by Mardindale-Hubbard.
