Tara L. Moffett and Karen S. Norlander will both be presenting at the National Business Institute program “New York Special Education Law“ CLE on May 10, 2016 in Albany, New York. Tara Moffett will be speaking on “Unraveling the Requirements of the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and then later Ms. Moffett will speak about Successfully Handling Disciplinary Actions for Special Needs Students. Karen Norlander will be speaking on “Establishing the Framework of Special Education Law“ and then present on “Ethics in Special Education Law”. The CLE will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, Albany/SUNY area.
