Scott P. Quesnel, Esq., SPHR will be a featured panelist for the Albany County Bar Association event entitled “Best Practices for Working in New York State Administrative Law” on October 13, 2016.
Mr. Quesnel, who has extensive experience in both the public and private practice of administrative law, will be the sole private practitioner joined by practicing public attorneys and Administrative Law Judges. The panel will discuss how to best prepare for administrative hearings, common pitfalls to avoid if a practitioner is new to the area, and how to hone expertise when working with the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations.
