Victoria A. Mosley concentrates her practice in education law and private and public sector labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Girvin & Ferlazzo, Ms. Mosley was a legal intern for two Massachusetts law firms where her work focused on elder law and real estate law. She also worked as a law clerk for a New York insurance company assisting in-house counsel on various legal matters involving contract law and insurance law.
Ms. Mosley earned her Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Western New England University School of Law, where she was President of Health Law Association and Symposium Editor of the Western New England Law Review. Ms. Mosley has been published in the Western New England Law Review for her contribution to the political discussion concerning disability rights in her Note: The Americans With Disabilities Act v. The Internet: The More Use the Internet Gets, the More Accessible It Should Be. Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. Mosley received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in History from the University of Connecticut.
